Maria Rodriguez is the owner of Lulu's. She's a licensed barber and stylist who opened the shop in Lulu's name to carry on what Lulu stood for: warmth, generosity, and making people feel seen. Her rule for the whole team is simple. Listen first, never rush, and treat every person in the chair like they matter, because they do.
She built the shop around the clients other places didn't have the patience for, which is how sensory-friendly appointments became part of what Lulu's is known for. When she's not behind the chair, she's usually elbow-deep in color.

Yes. Sensory-friendly appointments are what Lulu's is known for. We book extra time, skip or swap tools that are hard, take breaks, and let the client sit wherever they're comfortable. Start with the comfort form so we know what helps before you arrive.
